Our programming focuses on sensory motor knowledge production through engaged activities and self reliance. The residency is designed to foster the proposal and creation of new avenues of production, both artistic and intellectual, in reaction to the context of the area and the fellow participants.

Founded in 2020, each years iteration of the residency is a balance of practical infrastructural development and individual artistic pursuits. Through guided group projects residents develop new skills to better familiarize them with the specific context of the residency and guide them towards the design of individual site specific projects and events on the property.

P.A.C. was founded by Joshua and Zebulon, two artists from Maillardville, British Columbia. Joshua produces experimental animations and immersive media works. Zebulon works principally in photography and film. They have collaborated on multiple projects over the past decade, including films, art installations, and publishing endeavors.
